Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Post Pilot, a social media scheduling and content service operated by Ace 365 IT Limited (trading as GSAAS), a company registered in England & Wales (registered office: 5 Anderton Street, Morecambe, Lancashire, England, UK. LA4 5DA.; company number 14740705). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Post Pilot helps you create, schedule, and publish content to social media platforms you connect. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the service develops.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old to use Post Pilot.

3. Connecting social media accounts

To publish content, you connect your own social media accounts. By connecting an account you confirm you are authorised to do so, and you authorise Post Pilot to publish the content you schedule to that account. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. You can disconnect an account at any time.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store your content and to publish it to the accounts you have connected, on your instruction. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and that you hold the necessary rights to publish it.

5. AI-generated content

Post Pilot uses AI to help generate draft content. AI output can be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published. We do not guarantee that generated content is original, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. You should treat drafts as a starting point, not a finished product to publish unchecked.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Post Pilot to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
• Send spam or violate the terms or policies of any connected platform;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• Use the service on behalf of anyone whose accounts you are not authorised to manage.

We may suspend or end access for accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Availability

We work to keep Post Pilot available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the publishing behaviour of connected platforms is outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ace 365 IT Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where they apply.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the service evolves; we will update the date above when we do. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, where reasonably necessary.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
